The culture, the benefits, the people are amazing! The company truly takes care of their employees!!

Cons

In an effort to save money, most hiring (at least for entry and mid-level roles) is being done in Costa Rica or lower paying parts of the world. Would love to see St. Louis thrive again with this company giving those in their city and country opportunities. I know a lot of great people that would make great additions to the company but opportunities are not there with the exception of warehouse roles.
