Next to no room for growth A long wait before being hired on full time Prefers to hire outside the company for higher positions Misleads temporary workers and full time workers alike on upcoming changes.

-High level of autonomy, allowing for significant independence in how tasks and contracts are managed -Highly competent and skilled colleagues -Opportunities to engage with a wide breadth of business concepts and departments

Cons

-Extreme lack of structured training, leading to a steep learning curve -Disparity between low pay and high responsibility is a concern -Unclear vision regarding the job responsibilities and boundaries of the "CX - Recurring Revenue" department -Leadership and strategic planning remain in a nascent stage for a 6-7 year old department of 40+ people. This underdevelopment affects overall efficiency and direction, hindering forward progress.
