      Why I like WWT

      Pros

      Fully remote. Nice people that care about each other and the company. Great benefits. Successful/growing company.

      Cons

      Very large organization (10k employees) so you are a very small fish in a large pond. Fully remote so you don't get to "really" meet your co-workers and bosses which make it harder for promotions.

      Great Company with Great Culture but there are some cons

      Pros

      World Wide Technology has a fantastic culture. They truly do care about their people and I see that value everyday. The company offers many ways to connect with others outside of your department and within the org. I enjoy that they are flexible with remote work and don't completely see remote work as a "bad" thing.

      Cons

      Starting at WWT and growing is difficult. I have heard from multiple people that you do not start your career at WWT as it is difficult to grow a not a snail's pace.

      Not such a great place to work anymore.

      Great benefits, great fellow employees.

      Cons

      The new senior management seems to treat us less as people and more as numbers or pieces in the cogwheel. The whole atmosphere is basically dead. I hear all kinds of techs expressing their discontent. It used to be completely the opposite and full of positivity.
