      Amazing place to work.

      Pros

      I love the company. Being able to be rewarded for my hard work means the world to me. The culture is great. Health insurance premiums are low, and there is even a clinic on-site. We have the best events. With HPT and Leadership Development at the core, you are bound to excel if you just pay attention.

      Cons

      I really don't have a lot of cons about this job. Although, sometimes I feel I should be compensated for my worth and value I bring to the company. Everyone may feel that way. I'm just glad to be at a place where I can gain valuable knowledge before I get to where I need to be.

      Not a great place to work

      Pros

      The benifits are great and so is the PTO. Some of the people I've worked with over the years. And the bonuses

      Cons

      The leadership team and management team are misleading. They lead you to believe that they are there for their team and they have your back. But they are only there for their leadership team and those in their circle. There is favoritism amongst supervisors and certain employees. The supervisors stab you in the back. There's no much to name. HR is no help, they are pretty much there for the management team. They tell you they will investigate and get back with you but they never get back with you; instead they go to the management you have the issue with and tell them to get back with you. Then your made out to be the problem.

      Best place I've worked in my 16 year career

      Pros

      The benefits alone are worth working here. But even they are trumped by the core values exuded by even the C-level team members. Interesting problems to solve on a daily basis with autonomy to solve them as your team sees fit.

      Cons

      Only con is that some senior leaders tend to lack decision making ability, yet want to put their stamp on any successes. The silver lining is that it's not often that gets in your way on a daily basis.
