Thank you for your feedback. At WWT, we strive to be a great place to work for all, and we know this includes having a great management and leadership philosophy and team. We train managers and leaders through our Integrated Management and Leadership program which is aligned with our core values and culture. We are disheartened to hear this was not your experience and wish you the best. Thanks again.

Thank you for your review and feedback! We're glad you've had a positive experience at WWT! All hiring and promotional decisions are based on a variety of metrics including (but not limited to) an individual’s experience, expertise, and of course their ability to do the job for which they’ve been hired.

DEI and favoritism is a bad mix!

Pros

Great pay! Great benefits! Great work life balance. Opportunities to learn new technologies.

Cons

Way too much favoritism! WWT leadership talks a big game of DEI, but you're only inclusive if you are part of the upper mgmt good Ole boy system. Some get promos and notoriety while others do not. Advancement is something reserved for workers in their favor. Also discrimination runs rampant. You can be discredited and blackballed for being sick. Highly illegal!!
