Expectation to work round the clock. US centric operations make working with in-region customers slow and frustrating. Sales led organization, with little to no strategic view on growing a business. Limited career growth.

Great Company - Amazing Culture - Low Pay

The culture at WWT is absolutely amazing. A great company in that regard. Amazing benefits, solid PTO, no micro management and the leadership actually cares about teams overall.

Cons

Low pay. Data here seems drastically off. I've talked to over a dozen peers and it seems to be about consistent that Glassdoor shows higher than people bring home. Not sure how that happens? WWT is engaged here so will likely say something of they have done research and its "competitive".... similar to the president saying inflation isnt high! look at the data! ... but if things just cost more they just cost more... If you have friends of a similar age with similar experience and similar job making 10+% more than you then data doesnt matter... people just want paid fairly... Benefits are good but there should be an option to option to a higher premium or allow us to bring home a higher check for those that dont utilize all of the WWT benefits.... Dental and vision are not great either...

Really great benefits and tons of PTO. Great colleagues; I never feel like I am on my own to solve all the problems.

Some processes are burdensome, but really, not many cons.
