      Good compensation. Great benefit ideology.

      Cons

      WWT is a solid company on firm financial footing. However, each time they say they want to get less-transactional and more strategic, they throw up all over themselves. Uncovering wedges to pursue on large solicitations takes vision and strategy. They're still stuck in the, "We can't do that" phase. Also a very nepotism based culture. They don't even pretend to hide it. Be careful.

      Salary, Hybrid work , some benefits

      Cons

      Poor management with no experience. Toxic Micromanagement style. High turnover and sickness rates. Workload is not distributed fairly . Overtime hours never paid or exchanged for time off. Core Value not being met despite the promotion in every meeting and with billboard or such in the company
