Pros

Benefits are awesome. Culture is good in some areas. Business is great and if you want to be on the leading edge of technology - this is the place for you.

Cons

Culture is definitely dying in some areas and opportunities are based on who you know (or are related to) and not your qualifications. Pay is low for some and you will NOT get where you deserve unless you quit and come back.

Thank you for your balanced feedback. I don't know which areas you're referring to but culture is (should be) the single biggest priority around here. I welcome any other feedback if you'd like. Thanks again.

Great Company To Be A Part Of

Pros

Notice in my title I didn't say great company to work for. That's because I don't feel like I am "working for them" I feel like I am part of a team moving all aspects of the company in the direction of being a profitable growth company that is also a great place to work! From executive leadership all the way through the ranks I feel I have the support and openness needed to excel as a part of this team. Is the company and are the team members you work with perfect? No as all companies and people working together will have their issues however, even with issues and short deadlines and fire drills and some people that don't mesh with other personalities etc. I still have never felt that we weren't all working for a common goal and I have NEVER felt that the work I do (my job is to support sales so I am not out doing the flashy selling and bringing in of the exciting opportunities) was not very appreciated by the groups that I work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone (and have) and I enjoy what I do. I also agree with another review that I read some time ago about coming into the office. I too can work from home often but many times I choose to come in because it isn't like the last place I worked where I had to drag myself out of my car because I hated going through the doors. I walk in the doors everyone from the execs you see in the hallways to any of the other staff always greet you with a hey how are you or how was the weekend or whatever. Very pleasant environment. Then you start talking about the health benefits, 401k etc. which are all amazing and I wish I could give the company a 6 on the rating!

Cons

The only thing I would put in this section would be to make sure the core values and the team attitude is continued as we grow. Also if there are certain people that take advantage of the perks (I.e. Work from home but not really working) coach them to better understand this perk but don't restrict the perk for a team because of an individual. Although I haven't specifically seen either of these issues yet as we grow and teams get larger I could see these potentially occurring and in my experience they can be very damaging to moral.

Thank you! Yes, we all must work at making sure the core values are scaling with the growth.
