      - Slow to adopt modern technology - Higher management call the shots - Moving jobs to india - lying management to employees - zero structure or guidance (management keep changing things)

      - Account managers who put in the hard work can make a very good living - Leadership continues to pump tens of millions in annual investments into capabilities that provide competitive advantage and unique value to customers (examples: Advanced Technology Center; Cyber Range; AIDN; global supply chain) - Respectful, inherently decent people from the top down

      Cons

      - Poor performers (managers and individual contributors) can hang around too long - Consulting/Professional services delivery requires constant vigilance by account teams

      Worldwide typically hires with their core values in my so when people come on board it’s like a big family because we all share the same values

      It can be hard to move around and get promoted, because typically people don’t move from their current positions
