Some of the best people I have ever worked with good benefits

Cons

Seem to be losing the culture and Core Values the company had when I first started. The Leadership doesn't really go over these things any more. The coaching Culture is diminishing and the perspective of things a lot of things slide any more. example Dress code, phones on the floor, not clocking out properly for lunch taking longer breaks then what should be take ect.
