      Cons

      -management a little disjointed and not always aligned with reality of what is happening in field and across opportunities -need more focus on onboarding and career building strategy for employees

      Great people! Love my team. Amazing benefits. Growing company. The leaders always want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly and change is inevitable. If you’re OK with change, it’ll be great for you. If you struggle with change it may not be the best environment.
