      Not Such a Great Place To Work

      They offer competitive starting salaries.

      Cons

      They work you more than they should without an overtime compensation package. They work hard to prevent growth within the company instead opting to have you do the work without the pay and title increase.

      Thank you. Our goals is to always ensure sufficient support is available. Occasionally, unforeseen increases in business activity occur and overtime work may be required. We comply with all laws regarding compensation which includes the payment of overtime pay (whenever applicable). WWT is committed to making sure work-life balance for our employees is a top priority.       Great engineering talent…lots of resources available to employees for professional and personal needs

      Cons

      To many layers of management…management promotion based on friendships many times vs experience causing holes in what the company can provide..upper management oblivious of issues in the trenches
