Pros

- Good pay and benefits - Flexible remote positions - Access to professional development resources

Cons

- Techgolfbro culture - There's a running joke about nepotism that everyone seems comfortable with: "10,000 employees and only 12 last names" - Promotions only go to insiders, so there are lots of terrible managers - Lots of people doing nothing and making insane salaries (this might be a pro depending on who you are) - The team building and management is so bad that people feel comfortable talking about how little work they do - Not good for technical-focused people due to lack of technical expertise and ill-defined roles and responsibilities - Not good for early-career folks because of the lack of leadership - More interested in corporate partnerships than actual solution building - It's a sales org trying to make it seem like there's a lot of technical expertise in-house while farming out the real work to smaller shops One time, in a team meeting, a member of the team admitted to slacking off for an entire year!
