Pros

They have some of the best talent that can be found around St. Louis. It is a great place to hone your skills for your next opportunity. Excellent medical.

Cons

Management expects cult like behavior. They berate employees into filling out the survey that qualifies them as a great place to work. No clear path to grow. Pay is below average. They claim to care about their customers when laying off individuals with critical knowledge on projects.

Pros

Lots of talk about “culture”, but in practice, WWT has become another fast-growing company losing the very culture and talent that made it grow.

Cons

Replacing their experienced talent in place, with younger interns to keep their labor cost down.

Pros

It was a transition position that allowed me the opportunity to get back into the tech sphere, but they have renamed the position to production technician to be able to maintain the claim the position's wages are competitive. This pro no longer exists for anyone currently there. The benefits package they had at the time I worked there is the only thing I would say I miss at all.

Cons

Management would let you know "We hear you," but does not listen to you. Year after year, the same issues were brought before them that would elivate the entire team but no motion was ever made to address the problems. The Core Values the company went on about were hollow and only were used by my leadership to check the employees. When an employee would bring the Core Values up in relationship to management, however, we would be told not to use them as a weapon. They would constantly raise the base pay for coming into the company while never offering a raise to their experienced technicians in order to accommodate. After spending three years there, I was making $0.60 more than an employee walking in the door, and I was not the only one nor the worst off. They do not respect or desire to have employees spend long periods of time working for them, based off my experience.
