      Great benefits and PTO package

      Cons

      Nepotism runs rampant and only family members or the favorites get decent raises in sales operations team. Talk about working with HR to benchmark salaries and create pay bands but it's not shared so you don't know where you are.

      Getting promoted is a challenge unless there is a business need. There is a clear lack in diversity in leadership/management positions.
