      Pay ceiling is low. Don’t expect to make much more than $40,000.

      Pros

      - They pay for most of my travel - In depth training for apprentices - Working with experts - profit share - good future opportunities

      Cons

      - In some areas of WWT in the UK, middle management can be a bit distant from those who arent senior - WWT UK is split into 2 parts that hardly communicate, and theres lots of politics between executives on these 2 sides. Makes employee experience a bit awkward sometimes

      Pros

      - Provides flexibility of working remotely as well as in the office, without foundations (this is for the teams based in the USA) - Layoff is not something you'll worry about here.

      Cons

      - Outdated tech stack and use cases. - Working in odd hours. - Some Indian seniors are engrossed too much in office politics. - Office facilities aren't much. - Slow growth.
