8yThank you. Our preference is to try and promote managers from within as often as possible. This helps in providing more opportunities to our employees as well as advancing the culture. That being said, we do bring in outside managers (who are a culture fit) when it makes sense and as necessary. I would be happy to discuss this in more detail with you if you would like.
