      Pros

      Great culture and work environment. I just joined the company and got impressed with how the things work well and how great is the collaboration culture across the different departments. From HR to IT support everyone is always happy to help and collaborate. I'm loving my new job!

      Health Insurance, 401k matching, friendly atmosphere, new technologies, plenty of room for advancement, fairly new management actively engaged.

      Undefined and/or inefficient processes, lack of experienced technical resources, reactive environment
