I was introduced into WWT by a trusted friend and trusted adviser who knows I believe that the culture of a company drives everything. The Core Values of WWT were in alignment with my beliefs and history of building high performing teams. I joined, trusting this leader in WWT that it would be a culture I would thrive in. I could not be more pleased by the first 30 days of my time at WWT. Amazing people, culture, business, technology yet still the ability to have an influence over things, change improve. I can see this culture emanates from the Top. I attended the several day Integrated Leadership & Management sessions last week and was impressed by the talented people that drive this company. Hats off to Jim and the entire WWT leadership team for building something I can be proud to say I'm part of. I look forward to many years of passionate growth with WWT! - Rich D.

Among many other amazing reason to work here, I believe career growth and opportunity are the greatest pros WWT has to offer. I began at WWT as a summer intern and stayed on for a year while working remotely from school (amazing opportunity right there!). I was hired full time in a newly created position for me immediately after I graduated. Now a year later, I have moved teams into another newly created position for me, and I could not be happier. Everyone is always looking out for your best interest and working to find greater opportunities for others. It is truly amazing that I have been able to grow my career so much in just the 2 short years that I have been with WWT.

None - this place is the real deal! Lucky to have found such a great place to work so early in my career.
