      I honestly cannot think of any cons, since I have only been at WWT for a few months.

      Pros

      I work in internal IT at WWT and love my job and coworkers. WWT is a great place to grow professionally and they have helped me grow personally. I am not scared to try new things, am encouraged to think outside the box and given the tools to do my job, as well as feel like I can reach out to those above me if I am having a work related or personal issue.

      Cons

      Kind of a con - When someone is toxic to a team, sometimes it takes a while to phase them out. WWT does not like to fire people. They like to give them as much of a chance as possible but in all reality, these people really do need to go.

      Thank you. I get it. Not everyone is a fit but we want to make sure we give everybody the chance to improve. It's not always easy but it's the right thing to do. Thanks for sharing your perspective.

      Attended the Leadership Conference last week and it was great! It's amazing how leadership continues to invest in employees to support home/work balance and provide the tools necessary to aid WWT's growth! Very Inspired and many thanks for your investment in us!

      Continue to drive the culture and consider employee feedback regardless of the role.
