      Pros

      Great company culture, the leaders really appreciate/respect the employees and the work they do. Everyone is willing to help people within the company no matter their title or department. Flexible work-life balance that makes it wonderful for families who have active children. Medical benefits and the on-site health clinic are great!

      Cons

      The interview process for some roles can take 4+ weeks which can be a long time if you're needing to find work immediately. This process is set up to allow multiple internal people to speak with the candidates, and allow the candidates to ask different levels of employees questions about the company, so this process is positive most of the time.

      Thank you. I completely agree the interview process can often take too long. There's a reason for this (multiple stakeholders involved) but it's something we absolutely need to do better with in order to grow the company more efficiently. Thanks again!

      Flexibility and independence. Resources and relationships are the key. WWT doesn't go cheap.

      Cons

      Not many negatives. You bust your butt but the balance is up to you.
