      Pros

      True agile development, extreme programming: pairing, TDD, retrospectives, feedback, role flexibility; constant improvement, interesting and varied projects, a little bit of project management for everyone on every team, small and focused teams, wonderful work-life balanced, amazing benefits.

      Cons

      Some clients end up pushing teams away from one or more of the extreme programming practices that are held in such high regard.

      Pros

      You might be skeptical reading all these reviews, I certainly was. However it became clear soon after being hired that World Wide Technology is the real deal. The executive team truly lives the values they talk about and are wonderful human beings. You will work with some of the smartest people in the industry along with some of the largest IT projects on the planet. The benefits are simply unbelievable. I honestly don't know if you can find better family health insurance anywhere in the country for the price we pay. I wake up everyday thinking I've won the lottery. I never want to work anywhere else.

      Cons

      There are none. I could sit here and nit pick things like maybe an extra week PTO for new hires or a smoother transition from sale to delivery but all told it would petty.

      I have nothing negative to say about this company. The best work experience I've had since working for Cisco 15 years ago.
