Thank you. WWT utilizes a number of external organizations to help with determining competitive market pay for all our positions. An individual employee’s compensation is determined by the employee's role, the market rate for that role, and the individual employee's performance within that role. The inexpensive benefits of which the cost hasn't increased for employees in over 15 years should be taken into account. Part of an employee’s Total Rewards includes individual insurance where the cost to employee is just $25/month (medical, dental, vision, prescriptions); 401K includes a match that is dollar for dollar of an employee’s contribution up to 6%; profit sharing bonus which all employees receive annually; among other benefits.
