      Pros

      The people and the culture is what makes WWT a great company. The executives truly do care about their employees. They try very hard to be fair to all and have fun at the same time. There are opportunities to advance in your career if you look for it. They have an open door policy and I have found that to be very true. Benefits are very generous.

      Cons

      Change is good but sometimes overwhelming. It would help if the big picture was also explained while the changes are being made.

      Remove the snow day occurrence

      Pros

      The benefits are great, I've enjoyed my coworkers in every department I've worked in.

      Cons

      Executives will put an occurrence on your record if they deem the roads to be safe to drive from the comfort of their homes, purely by looking at the forecast and not the condition of the roads. When many employees complain about this, asking to just remove the occurrence for the majority that didn't make it in to work that day, they stay confusingly stubborn and sound dismissive.
