Pros

The position sounds exciting as well as a solid company that takes care of their employees. Sounds like en exciting position and I have 37 years of working experience.

Cons

I'm not quite sure of your location in Charlotte. It would be a long transit from Monroe. This could be negotiated into the salary.

Great benefits. Extreme flexibility. Allows people to choose their path to leverage their capability to the optimum. Real open door policies.

Cons

Parking is definitely a problem.
