Pros

Where do I start? First, you have to believe in the culture of WWT in order to identify with working here. It is truly an employee run company in terms of everyone has a can-do attitude and autonomy to make decisions for the betterment of the customer. Think of it as all types of selfless people working collaboratively to completely satisfy client outcomes.

Cons

Nothing negative to say. With focus mainly on enterprise sized customers, the hardest part of the job is rightsizing the engineering resources during project ramp-up. The good news is, WWT is prepared to invest at every turn to make the experience for the customer second to none.

Pros

I love the company. Being able to be rewarded for my hard work means the world to me. The culture is great. Health insurance premiums are low, and there is even a clinic on-site. We have the best events. With HPT and Leadership Development at the core, you are bound to excel if you just pay attention.

Cons

I really don't have a lot of cons about this job. Although, sometimes I feel I should be compensated for my worth and value I bring to the company. Everyone may feel that way. I'm just glad to be at a place where I can gain valuable knowledge before I get to where I need to be.
