      Pros

      The journey so far at WWT has been amazing and a great career move. This organization really lives the part when it comes to selecting good leaders and embracing a winning culture.

      Cons

      If I had to list a con I would say speed to market. The organization takes longer than many companies to figure out how fast or aggressive they are willing to go after a particular market. This can result in missed opportunity in some cases.
