      Pros

      WWT is extremely caring towards their employees as well as their customers. The benefits are amazing. The company thrives on making their employees happy knowing it will make their customers happy. Being a part of a company where you refer to co-workers as a team is a great representation of how much trust is within the employees.

      Cons

      There are not many cons to working at WWT. There are some people that see some of the management as unfit for the position. Some of those in higher position could be better trained for their positions.

      Transition from small to large company has left some holes in communication and role definitions between departments.
