      ATC is the BEST PLACE TO WORK!

      Pros

      Working in the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is probably one of the most rewarding places to work as an IT professional. You have the ability to get your hands on the latest/greatest technology infrastructure, as well collaborate with some the industries top Engineers and Architects. You feel a strong sense of collaboration and innovation everyday you enter the building. Over the last few years, the increased level of Software Development resources in the ATC has definitely helped keep up with the trend towards technology integration and API consumption. The leadership team across the ATC is top-notch. They harbor an environment of collaboration. From the CEO down to the VP and Director, all are very invested in making the ATC the "Silicon Valley of the Midwest".

      Cons

      Growing too fast to keep up with space...the ATC is over-flowing. Seats are hard to find, but the company is constantly investing in building out new facilities to meet the demand.

      Pros

      WWT and the executive team lead by example and truly live and breathe the values of the company. The culture is a real differentiator. WWT really cares about its employees.

      Cons

      No real cons...just constructive input. Never lose focus on what has gotten you to where you are today and continue to focus on developing the next level of middle managers and leaders.
