      Change every year is too intrusive at times and might need to be curbed.. More team building stuff needs to happen..

      Thanks. I think we have more variety of opportunities and different roles in St. Louis since it's our headquarters.       Pros

      The collaboration is great. The feel when you walk around is that people are open and willing to help. The environment is laid back but when people need to pull together, they get it done.

      Cons

      There are a ton of different verticals and sometimes there are many people working on the same thing in different veins.
