      Pros

      Always enjoyed working at WWT. The culture and core values are the best I have known in my working career.

      Cons

      Some managers are little overbearing. The training of the managers need to teach those you supervise are people too. Take care of the those who support you.

      Thank you. The concerns you mention should have been addressed in the Integrated Management and Leadership training that all managers and employees participated in. If there's a specific and isolated issue you're noticing, I encourage you to bring it to HR or someone in senior management. Thanks again and good luck.

      WWT is truely a great place to work

      Ownership clearly is invested in not only the success of the business and the success of the customers, but very much in the success of the employees.

      Cons

      The growth of the business and the varied types of work that are done for WWT's customers put a lot of stress on leaders/employees at WWT to do a great job every day.
