      Great culture if in St Louis Money is great

      Remote employees required to travel to St Louis for meetings A little old boys network, but still a good company

      Pros

      There is a strong culture of mentorship throughout the company. It's about training everyone to be the next potential leader. Placing the right people into the right position and giving them support to succeed. Feedback is encouraged from bottom to top to promote positive change and a better understanding of department or an individuals needs. There are too many rewards to list that effect all WWT employees.

      Cons

      There is always room for improvement. Although the trust level is high, it remains a step in our core values that is fragile during coaching process.

      I would say best thing about this company is the large amount of growth and expansion of company. Great work and Life balance understanding with management.

      Cons

      I would say some the challenges would be the over staffing which may cause the pay to be somewhat disappointing.
