      Pros

      The Benefits are fantastic, the pay is good, and the company encourages me to learn new technical skills. The PTO is generous, they even offer an additional day to do charity work. I'm VERY happy here.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any negatives. I've worked for a few highly reputable companies and corporations, and I can say with full confidence that this is the very best company I have worked for... bar none.

      Pros

      Work environment is incredible, co-workers are amazing, work life balance and benefits are the best around. Owners are more approachable than direct managers were. Core Values are what is truly lived by

      Cons

      Again, overall a great company but WWT is having growing pains, management is loosing touch with the employees in some departments. Growing so fast that Core Values are not talked about or followed in some departments.

      Thank you and thanks for your patience with the parking. I think the new headquarters will provide relief for this although that's a ways off from being completed. If not already, you should soon be going through the Integrated Management and Leadership training (IML) which focuses on WWT's leadership strategy. For tactical manager training, please contact HR and they will add you to this monthly half-day training. Good luck.
