Pros
Decent HR package, average pay. Some people are genuinely nice and pleasant to work with. Their supply chain services are decent.
Cons
There is a culture of intimidation, people will tell you off just to let you know who is in charge. There are several unchecked egos in senior management, and they get away with breaking a lot of rules. No one holds them accountable for their performance. If you are not within this close knit group you will not get very far. For touting themselves as an MBE, they have little to no diversity, and in reality there are some people very high up that say things in public that are highly unusual. Some managers clearly hire employees based on their looks (if you work in the corporate office you will know what I mean). Also, they sell themselves as a high end professional services organization but their technical skills are very lacking. Many customers feel that they were tricked with a "bait and switch", where the company brings in their best people to sell a deal and then the actual delivery is handled by junior engineers. Not a good way to start a relationship with a new partner.
