      Pros

      World Wide Technology has the best culture I have ever experienced. Supervisors are invested in developing future leaders and subject matter experts that perpetuate the success of the company and that begins by creating a positive atmosphere where all types of people and thought are accepted. I am proud to say I am a family member at WWT and I take every opportunity to brag on what a great place it is to work.

      The company is growing at an accelerated rate and sometimes experiences the growing pains of such success.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance, incredible benefits. Private company, not public which has many benefits. Lots of opportunity as the company continues to expand at a rapid pace

      Cons

      Incredible volume of new hires brought on without much vetting or thought, some of the cultural standards (especially ownership) seem to be getting diluted

      Pros

      After reading an article about what makes an engaged employee and why that is more important than a satisfied employee, I realized that every action companies can take to create engagement was being done at World Wide Technology. The collaboration and passion coming from the top down and the bottom up make it a place where you are empowered to make the business better and that your ideas matter. How awesome is that! Add to that an on-site health clinic (in St. Louis) and a relaxed dress code and you have a truly great place to work.

      Cons

      Parking can be a challenge.
