      Pros

      I used to work at this company in Cincinnati when they were contracted to Dell. I am so happy for this company to get the recognition they deserve. I was getting my degree at the time and they were so accommodating with me and allowed me to work great hours, grow with the company and they paid well. Unfortunately the Dell facility started cutting back and my schedule could no longer be accommodated. Even with that being the case I never had any ill will toward the company because they had done so much already and I understood. I would still go back to them in a heartbeat but they left Cincinnati because Dell closed. Good pay and hours. Decent work. Great coworkers and company values.

      Cons

      Dirty work sometimes but thats the job.

      The leadership believes in our mission and the value of our culture... WWT provides flexibility that enables innovation daily, in how we can structure deals, orchestrate a custom supply chain and serve our customers with the best solutions... WWT is smart in how we approach new markets/technologies/opportunities... we don't chase every trend, but we invest when the conditions are right...

      Cons

      Innovation and growth isn't easy... sometimes you are forced to innovate to get the daily job done... must be up for the challenge or it could get frustrating...

      Walking the Talk

      Pros

      This is a great organization. They actually practice what they say and believe ... walking the talk. Worthy of its place in the Best Company to Work for ratings/rankings. When you're moving faster than the Industry at large, collisions occur/damage results and casualties mount... in a real human way. It's how you handle the aftermath that counts... WWT does an exemplary job here. The company is filled with good people with character and integrity. It was an honor to work there.

      Cons

      Consider bringing in more experienced middle/lower management. Promoting from within as a reward for performance is excellent - though risky (problematic) when the managerial experience is not there. When it fits the culture, bringing in outside experience with a fresh perspective is invaluable.
