      Loss of a potential good employee

      Pros

      This review concerns the Netherlands offic. Almost all nice people.

      Cons

      Chaotic, inefficient way of working, manipulating systems with manual interference causing unnecessary work as well of enhancing the chance of multiple errors. Due to growth of company, no time can be given to train newly hired personnel. Expectation, is to just dive in to the deep so to speak and find the information necessary on your own. Leadership, at certain areas needs improvement.

      Pros

      It is a good company to work for...if & BIG IF you report into real WWT cultured manager in the USA.

      Cons

      US decided to parachute some management locally for no comprehensible reason. Total cultural mis fit. Now he/she/they started to muddy the waters. Starting to feel more like a Baniya Shop culture than a great place to work.
