      Great Culture, huge company, unknown in UK Market

      Pros

      + The emphasis on the culture is amazing, it's not something that is just mentioned at the beginning when you start, it is always adhered to and worked on. + Salary is competitive + Office location is great, and in key parts of London + Quick growth, with lots of opportunities

      Cons

      - Office space is limited as the company is growing, this needs to be addressed ASAP. - Flexible working should be more equal across the business, as not given the same amount of opportunities to work from home compared to others - Not well known in the UK, more marketing on the brand is needed. As many people always say 'WWT who?'

      Pros

      Really a great place to work with Values that really live with the employees. Managers are leaders and open to ideas of employees. Growing quickly and WWT is making all steps to introduce great benefits and a "safe place to work". Great tools to use as an employee and a very clear leadership with our IML tools.

      Cons

      All min points get addressed quickly. More attention could be paid to converting Agency Temps more quickly and within the agreed period.

      Thank you for the constructive feedback. I'm not sure of the reason for delay in converting agency temps but I will share this. Typically this is determined by a combination of several factors: time as a temp; performance and attendance; full-time to temp ratio; and business need. Thank you again.
