      Cons

      It's really difficult to come up with anything for this category, the only thing that is remotely a con would be the downtown location but you probably wouldn't have the cool building in any other location.

      This is one of the nicest places to work for! They are wonderful to their employees

      Cons

      It takes too long to get hired in as an WWT employee. I've been an contract employee for over 7 months now. I did not expect it to take this long to become part of this wonderful team.

      Thank you. A number of factors contribute to if and when a contract employee through a staffing partner is offered a full-time position but most of it has to do with the level of activity in the warehouse. Thanks for your feedback and hard work.

      Its a big company so getting noticed for the hard work you do may not be recognized

      Thank you. Receiving a 3 on an appraisal is actually a very good rating. It means you're successfully doing your job by meeting and sometimes exceeding expectations of the position. 5, 4, 3 does not equate to A, B, C. Thanks for your hard work and an interest in striving to do better!
