Pros

I have been with the company for only a a few months but I can say that the on-boarding process is very good. Employees receive a 30-60-90 Day plan the fist day and management is doing everything they can to make sure I am well engrained into the culture and clearly understand what is expected of me as well as my peers who will support my efforts and as an AM.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind at this point that sticks out as a waste of time or not needed. I like the pace and openness of the team to help bring me up to speed.

Location was ok depending on route in to work

Cons

Sometimes long hours depending on client needs and skill level of field staff
