Pros
I've been lucky enough to work with lots of different parts of the organisation globally and have always been greeted by brilliant, smart and dedicated employees. The UK team is no exception and leadership ensures the culture that is led by our CEO is fully embraced and delivered locally. The Service Provider team is a smaller division of the wider UK group and in particular, has a real family feel about it. Everyone helps each other, there are lots of opportunities to grow and develop new skills, and leadership provides lots of trust and support to be successful in your role and deliver for customers. There have been some great initiatives put in place to help elevate the team and our offering for customers which are slowly being built upon, everyone is able to contribute and provide input. I personally find the culture extremely meritocratic and puts individuals in the driving seat of their own success.
Cons
The team is fairly lean and there is always lots to do but presents great opportunities to learn and grow. The growth is impressive but brings about constant change and challenges, again, with a positive mindset this is something that presents an opportunity to learn and grow for those who want to.
