      Great place to work fora reason

      Pros

      The company values are not just slogans on the wall. Management and employees live by them and it is obvious that they are part of the strategic direction and the day to day work. The team is genuinely good as humans, and they are good professionals. There is teamwork, good will, entrepreneurial mindset and desire to continuously improve.

      Cons

      One would expect more stable and developed processes from such size of a company. Solutions are often tailored to a client, region, team ,etc. which makes it hard to scale.

      Thank you for the very nice feedback. Much of our early success as a company was attributed to our ability to tailor and customize our services to the needs of a client. With our recent rapid growth, I agree this has made it harder to scale. I think we are getting much better in standardizing processes but there is room for improvement. Focusing on "Clarity and Alignment" will be very important. Thanks again!

      A Great Place to Work

      Pros

      The London office has been through some changes this year to refocus as we move into 2019. We have a great supportive team of smart people and a collaborative culture. There is a lot of focus on developing staff and regular visits from the exec team which helps to build and maintain the culture.

      Cons

      It is still quite US focused, I'm not sure they quite understand the needs of the Global business, rather preferring a 'one size fits all' approach. A number of employees have 15-20 years service which is great, although they sometimes lack the outside perspective.
