      Pros

      Love working here! Started as a Temp 6.5 years ago and am now in management. Family atmosphere and overall great people.

      Cons

      Not really a CON but... working remotely is challenging not having the leadership support we get back in Saint Louis.

      Flexible Hours along with Telecommute Days Family Environment, Fun and never bored, always work to be done! Benefits are excellent! Never feel like anyone is above you, the team I am on is always willing to help at all times

      Cons

      Work long hours and weekends a lot and I am salary

      Truly differentiated company, and a great place to work

      Pros

      Truly infectious company culture that starts from the top. I'm based in a remote office, which has it's own unique culture, but am energized every time I make it out to St. Louis. Genuinely down-to-earth, smart people from leadership on down who are committed to serving the customer and creating high performing teams.

      Cons

      No big ones to speak of - will be interesting to see how culture is maintained as company continues to grow.
