Pros

WWT's culture is founded on a set of core values that I personally believe in. Honesty and Integrity, being a team player, being open minded, building trust and respect, and having passion for your role within the company all help solidify why I enjoy coming to work every day. We work hard and are rewarded for our success! In addition, the phenomenal benefits package saved me thousands of dollars when I joined the company.

Cons

As we continue to grow in size, space on campus is becoming limited. Parking and Conference rooms are somewhat a daily challenge. We had to split up our Internal IT department into two separate buildings on campus, one of those buildings is a rented space and is not comparable to the quality of the other new and modern offices. The goal is to join IT back together at some point, but our options may be limited in that respect.

Pros

Great opportunities, excellent work-life balance, senior management has a strategy and vision for how to really make a difference for our customers and our partners. The pay is excellent and the team I work with is the best in the industry where there are no egos and everyone learns from everyone else. I wish I was here 10 years ago!!!

Cons

More like advice: Make sure you negotiate your compensation up front because it will be more difficult once you are employed. There are no real cons because management / leadership does take great care of its employees.

Pros

Flexible and only because there is NO WORK. Good benefits.

Cons

Having 10 + years of experience, I was been told at the time of interview process that I will be promoted to Lead Role but when I got hired they shifted me SR. Custom Developer( Don't know the heck why they have custom in there). Also the guy (Director) who promised me and interviewed me is no longer there and was been fired. I have no way of telling my manager that he promised me. There are few people who are here Lead roles but don't know English OR having zero communication skills. zero% soft skills. I will not ever recommended my friends to this company. Worst culture, Managers are highly technical that they don't want to code and don't have strategic decisions/vision towards their team :)
