Pros
Great benefits (many options) Great people (for the most part)
Cons
Working for the warehouses and GHQ are like working for two totally different companies. Warehouse leadership has zero clue what they are doing.( Everyone seems to be winging it I guess) They want to pay you as less as possible. They don’t want you to have an opinion let alone being comfortable to voice said opinion. They will retaliate against you(not always in big ways but always in certain ways(not giving you work, giving you to much, setting up for failure, lack of communication, etc. Everything in the company runs on trust and the other core values but if you’re working in the warehouses just know that all goes out of the window in the name of “greatest place to work”. Claiming to be a “family friendly” and “equal opportunity” employer but changing the work schedule to directly affect all of your working class families that have children or the single parents that have been working for the company for 5+ years is a slap in the face. Not to mention not even offering a tiny bit of support in the transition. Just flat out figure it out or get a different job. I’m sure it was a purging of all the old employees (go figures). They want to get people in the door who will ask less questions and take less pay vs paying the people who have the experience doing the job for years and would like to continue to do the job for more years LOL. They lie and they do it often but in the name of trust of course. They will “embrace change” you to death. Seriously if you aren’t good with change WWT is not the job for you. They are making things up as the company grows so don’t be surprised. If you’re good at your job you also get to do everyone else’s.
