Pros

1) very proffesional staff, everybody is motivated and comitted 2) excellent salary compare to other CROs 3) very well structured CRO, each department nows exactly its funcion, no task overlapping 4) company focus in different therapeutics areas, from I-IV 5) Report Reviewes are highly qualified 6) Good training scheme

Cons

1) High burden of work 2) High site visits rate per month (6-8) 3) High turnover at upper management 4) Lack of other benefits than salary (no medical insurance, company car)

Pros

Offers great flexibility, easily approachable upper management. Opportunities to get involved in side projects and make an impact. Lot's of bright people with good ideas. Career progression opportunities.

Cons

My responsibilities changed in a very short time from something that I enjoyed to something that didn't make sense to me. I have discussed this change with colleagues and had a lot of support and understanding and made sure that others were thinking along the same lines as me. I took it to management trying to make adjustments to changes implemented with no results.
