Not a lot of support from management. You are just a number. You could work there for 10 years and never be promoted. Very political atmosphere

If you are friends with the supervisors, you would get the easier flights, and have more people helping on your flights.

Cons

Not much room for growth. They are reluctant to train employees to push planes out, even if you have prior experience.
