Management suck! Management need to learn how to speak to employees and communicate better with employees. If not JFK will be closed soon!!!

Its easy work. Check in passengers, answer question and get them boarded onto their flights.

Cons

A bit unprofessional as far as training goes. It takes forever to get your uniform as well.
