      Most of the men who work there are good guys who work hard it's a physical job but a enjoyable days work

      Management Havnt a clue a lot of defective equipment the company seems to see the staff as an expendable commodity

      Great stepping stone into the airline industry, but company needs to learn how to treat employees better

      Pros

      Great people that you work with, if you show that you are a good worker and know how to do your job well, you will move up very fast. Overall it is a great experience putting people and their bags on planes and charter flights.

      Cons

      Management does not respect the little guy. If you are not good at your job but kiss the behinds of upper management you will move up. Poor starting pay. Turnover is through the roof. Equipment keeps breaking. Company keeps taking on contracts when they can barely run one smoothly.
