Pros

The hours were flexible and management was easy to talk to.

Cons

Lack of supervision and support. Many new hires are thrown out on the ramp without hands-on guidance. There was also heavy amounts of favoritism among other Ramp Agents.

Pros

Great entry for any airline agent job. Tons to learn and will help you become better at your job. Pay is meh at best.

Cons

Admin team barely does their job. Constant scheduling problems. Won't give you the ability to climb and gain new opportunities. Very hard stuck on you need to do it right the first time
